DMCA Notice Requirements

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed infringed (or a representative list).
• The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing material on my-neighbors.us.
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
• A good-faith statement that the use is not authorized by the owner, agent, or law.
• A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are the owner or authorized to act.

Counter-Notice

• Your signature.
• Identification of the material and where it appeared before removal.
• A good-faith statement that the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification.
• Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court; acceptance of service from the original complainant.

Repeat Infringers

Accounts with multiple valid copyright violations may be terminated.

Agent-Registration Checklist

• Register the DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office using the above email/phone.
• Add the public directory link in the site footer.
• Keep agent information current.
